Arlington Park Mansions is a prestigious Estate situated just off of Chiswick High Rd overlooking Turnham Green. The estate consists of four mansion-style buildings built in 1905 with multiple private residences.

Minerva was employed by Colin Bibra block management following four previous projects successful completed. The brief was to sympathetically repair and restore the four main entrances. Two entrances are original encaustic chequered tiles and the other are original bespoke Terrazzo. The tiled entrances had multiple replacements to rectify cracking and missing tiles. Once all replacements had been complete, a deep clean was carried out and a water based impregnator applied to assist future staining. The terrazzo entrances had localised crack repairs using marble chippings and natural pigments to match the existing colours. They were then polished & sealed with a water based impregnator on completion.
