Carlton Towers is a luxury 5 star hotel in close proximity to Knightsbridge and London’s designer shopping district.

When Carlton Towers needed to upgrade their air conditioning and refrigeration systems alongside a full roof replacement programme, Minerva Building Restoration Limited were instructed

to act as Principal Contractor.

The full scope of works included external scaffolding, a combination of roofing systems including high performance felt/lead and liquid coatings (all systems were provided with insurance backed guarantees) and complete removal of the AC and ventilation units. Once the roof areas were completely watertight, Minerva were then instructed to undertake a full internal office refurbishment including the replacement of the suspended ceiling/lighting and data systems.
