Scope of Works:

• ​Erect scaffold to front and rear elevations.
• Thoroughly clean all loose and soluble soot and dirt deposits to all Portland stone on the front elevation, using a fine nebulous spray of clean cold water with a masons clean using natural bristle brushes.
• Replace 75 slipped, cracked missing slates with new best welsh natural slate.
• Overall lead flashing and soakers.
• Repair open stone joints with Portland stone mix.
• Decorate all previously painted surfaces.
