National Portrait Gallery

The buildings on Orange Street house the administration block, gallery offices, the conversion workshops, archives, library and photographic collection.

Scope of Works:
  • ​External stucco render repairs.
  • Keim decoration works.
  • Anti-graffiti coatings were applied to the painted areas at ground level (noted as the damcer band at low level).
  • Internal decoration and flooring.
  • Copper roof works included modification of water drainage to prevent water ingress. (Four coatings were applied to defective areas of these roofs).
  • Replacement of cast iron down pipes.
