Minerva Building Restoration Limited was Incorporated in 2004. We provide specialist services, covering all aspects of internal/external refurbishment including the restoration of grade listed buildings, mansion blocks, commercial office units/industrial units, government contracts and historic buildings

Minerva Building Restoration Ltd is fast becoming one of the market leaders in the specialist building, conservation and restoration industry. This growing reputation has been built on our expertise to maintain and restore mansion blocks, historic and listed buildings. We pride ourselves on completing contracted works on time and to the highest standard, all of which are pre-requisite of our very exacting and prestigious client base.

The majority of our contracted work requires internal/external repairs and renovation to brick, stone and terracotta dressed buildings. Our understanding of these materials ensures that quality is not compromised, whilst budgetary constraints are understood in what is a very competitive industry.

Minerva have great experience and have been very successful in project managing large contracts, an area that is fast expanding as our reputation grows. Our technical expertise is coupled with a highly professional management team, operating both on and off site.

The majority of our contracts are for the restoration and maintenance of residential and occupied mansion blocks in Central London.
Our contracts range between £5,000 and £2 million.
We carry all relevant insurance cover to the value of £10 million.
