This building, Europe’s largest academic bookstore is located in Bloomsbury. Its Grade 1 listed status is described as flamboyant, Franco-Flemish gothic style and was designed by Charles Fitzroy Doll in 1908. Originally comprised of a small row of shops with houses above which hosted a variety of tenants including a dealer in poultry and game.

Scope of Works:

Stone cleaning works (Masons nebulous water clean).

Roof repairs to include leadwork and slate repairs.

Brick pointing. (Gauged pointing using hydraulic lime and silver sand).

Decorations to all previously painted surfaces including metal railings.

Joinery repairs.
