Scope of Works:
- Liaison with City of Westminster regarding licensing requirements.
- Full scaffold to Curzon Street and Clarges Street elevations.
- Doff and nebulous stone cleaning to all portland stone elevations with doff cleaning undertaken to the brick faced rear elevations.
- Portland stone indents and repairs along with portland stone pointing works to open defective joints.
- Powder coated window frames were cleaned at contract completion.
