We were asked to undertake the external refurbishment of this Grade II Mayfair situated property.

 

Scope of Works

  1. Full scaffold to the front and rear elevations including the supply of a designed temporary roof. The Client requested a bespoke decorative wrap to the whole front elevation scaffolding. Photographs were taken and a mesh wrap showing the front elevation details was produced and installed for the duration of the works.
  2. Once the scaffold and temporary roof were complete a specialist Asbestos company were instructed to remove all asbestos containing manmade roof slates alongside the contaminated felt and batten. All materials were cleared to accredited disposal sites.
  3. New roof coverings were provided including all associated leadwork to the dormers, gutters and flashings.
  4. The existing timber windows were overhauled, repaired and decorated to a high quality finish.
  5. The masonry elements and front elevation brickwork were fully repointed using traditional lime based mortars.
  6. As a final flourish the flag pole was decorated and the tenants company flag was rehung above the main front elevation entrance.
