A large site consisting of red brick Edwardian style mansion blocks situated in the Fulham area of London.

Minerva successfully tendered for the external works here.

Once contracts were exchanged Minerva Building Restoration Limited began the process of informing tenants that works were due to start.

The first stage was to erect a fully independent scaffold to all elevations. A comprehensive clean of the brickwork was undertaken using a Nebulous Masons’ clean alongside a high-pressured steam system (Doff). The difference in colour can be seen in the before and after photos.

Repair schedules were compiled by Minerva which detailed all roof/masonry and timber repairs.

Upon completion of the repair work all of the previously decorated surfaces to sash windows/doors and cast-iron rainwater goods were redecorated to a high standard becoming a building of this age.
